We are now in the third consecutive year of preparing the personnel budget using this tool. And the evolution allowed us to share with Oi's main directors and managers the responsibility for defining some business rules, such as, percentage of overtime in relation to the nominal salary, variable sales remuneration and vacancy occupancy rate. The result is a more assertive budget that is better suited to the reality of each department. Another relevant point of the tool is that, after the budget is approved, we can monitor internal movements and compare budgeted versus realized at the lowest level of detail.
